1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable policies of D.N Express Logistics.

2. Account Registration

• Customers must provide accurate and complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

• D.N Express Logistics reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

3. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers agree not to ship illegal, hazardous, prohibited, or restricted items, including but not limited to:

• Firearms and ammunition

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances

• Flammable or explosive materials

• Perishable goods (unless pre-approved)

Any undeclared prohibited item may be confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Customs & Duties (International Shipments)

• Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

• Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

5. Packaging Responsibility

• Customers must ensure items are properly packaged for transit.

• D.N Express Logistics is not liable for damages resulting from inadequate packaging.

6. Fragile Items

• Fragile items are accepted at the customer’s own risk.

• We are not responsible for damage to TVs, electronics, glassware, or other delicate goods.

7. Liability Limitation

• Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the item or a maximum compensation amount determined by company policy.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Delivery Timeframes

• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

• Delays due to weather, airline/shipping carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of D.N Express Logistics.

9. Payments

• All shipping fees must be paid before release of packages.

• We accept major debit/credit cards, cash, and bank transfers.

10. Storage Fees

• Packages not collected within a 7 day period will incur storage fees.

• Unclaimed packages will be disposed of after a 30 day period in accordance with company policy.

11. Third-Party Couriers

• Islandwide deliveries facilitated through third-party couriers are subject to their policies and procedures.

• D.N Express Logistics is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

12. Privacy Policy

• Customer information is collected solely for shipping and operational purposes.

• We do not sell or share personal information except as required by law.

13. Amendments

D.N Express Logistics reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
