Yes, you may authorize someone to collect your package on your behalf. However, you will have to notify us via WhatsApp in advance, providing the individual’s full name. Please note that a valid ID is required for all pickups.
Yes, we do accept fragile items for shipment. However, please note that we are not liable for any damages that may occur during transit. All fragile items are shipped at customer’s own risk.
An invoice helps us accurately declare your package for customs, calculate duties and taxes, and to avoid any delays. It allows your package to be processed quickly without any hold-ups. Without an invoice Jamaica Customs can value the item for any amount they see fit.
